1.6 BETA Update

it's a little after 4 pm here in california and the steam servers are still down.

i played this morning for like 2 hrs and it was fun. i like the beta but i hope they will change the buy menu back to "normal" before the final release. teamwork was awesome on the server i played on, too.

sidenote: 1st post ever for me, after reading this site for almost 2 yrs now. finally got the courage, haha.

hey SS_NINJA I have the same problem, does anyone else have this problem? When i run steam it gives me this message ERROR: NO publis CSes logge-in. Is steam down cuz i played it this morning and all was fine. What's going on? And at one point it asked me for my password and it didn't recognize my acount. Could someone help me out?

6:35 servers backup and im downloading cs again.



i cant wait till i can use 1600x1200 resolution and acctually be able to see the text. one of the new features was proper scaling of text in different resolutions.

The text looks really fruity and weird. It makes the whole screen muliti-colored and the font size is too big. It is very distracting.
