Update: The match is now being reviewed by CAL admins. Previously, a forfeit win was granted to TEC but apparently CAL is taking its time with this call. The post has been updated to reflect the 'reviewing' status.
Update #2: There are claims that in the latest version of WWCL, cl_bob 0 isn't even blocked. This line, however, appears in the CAL WWCL config:
Update #3 @ 10 PM PDT: TEC has confirmed that WWCL was being used on the server. Gouki of TEC expressed doubt that kSpro intentionally bypassed WWCL, asking why someone would "hack WWCL to use one command?"
In last night's final set of CAL-i matches for the regular season, underdogs Shockwave narrowly beat TEC 13-11 (exactly what our very own orion predicted, despite some flames).
That victory is now being reviewed by CAL as one of Shockwave's players, kSpro, uploaded a demo to gotFrag. The demo apparently shows him illegally bypassing WWCL by using cl_bob 0. He went on to say that he has r_drawviewmodel deactivated which is expressly forbidden by the CAL rules.
Shockwave needs this win to get into the playoffs, so they will certainly be appealing to CAL admins to not over-turn or null the match. The question that is taking center stage: Should an entire team be punished for a relatively minor infraction by one of its players? The answer is all-too-important; the results of this match will have a huge bearing on post-season play as last night's gotFrag melee post indicates.

wwclconfig_check "cl_bob" "0.01". It's not clear at this point whether a) the server was even running WWCL, b) cl_bob is not allowed in CAL play, or c) WWCL was intentionally bypassed.Update #3 @ 10 PM PDT: TEC has confirmed that WWCL was being used on the server.
