Agreed. I never had this problem before this update. I hadn't even heard of it before this. & now after the update, I get this fault which kicks me from all servers... Add 1 + 1 & you would see that this "problem" occured AFTER VALVe agreed on actually fixing it gj...

no Gpig HL platinum comes with 2 HL cdkeys and one for OpFor

Yea i don't really care about piraters but i just think it's funny that the majority of "free" CD keys floating around are banned by VAC cause all the cheating kiddies use them for their hacking pleasures and get em banned.

:\ enough with VAC, all we need is the HLGuard wallhack block. Its ridiculously easy to hack without being caught by VAC or HLGuard. After the PCHoliks tournament in Diamond Bar, me and my team went back to a teammates house in Whittier and downloaded a multihack just to fuck around. Took me about 2 minutes to find the hack and join a game without being caught by VAC or HLGuard.

Yes, ladies and gentlement it is true. I've spend the last 12 hours going through the disassembly of Cheating-Death 3.0.0 and their new loader is in direct violation of the GPL.

They have used code out of various cheats that have GPL'd their source. Also, their wsock32.dll loader is an auto-generated wrapper dll that uses a GPL program (which means that the resultant program has to be GPL).

if they use gpl stuff the sourcecode must be released

i think valve is secretly trying too destroy thier own company.and im speaking mostly of the beta 1.6 i know its a lil off subject but ill tie it all up they make all these updates too the 1.6 beta that do nothing but make the game look worst run worst and over all suck ppl crashing not being able too connect too servers all becuz of the latest update by valve not the vac now with this vac update i can play from steam but valve is making it impossible cuz of memory errorsi see this all as a way of sabotaging thier own company

Yeah the beta had problems for that exact reason its a BETA.... sigh
