I never knew so many people used headsets, none-the-less speakers and not good, quality headphones. You just can't play CS without a good pair of headpones, there like wallhacks.

At least most of you don't live in Arizona. We're quickly becoming California Jr. Of course, our "Gray Davis" is a fish-eating lesbian that spends hundreds of thousands of dollars on crap at a Governors' conference while schools are horribly underfunded (I live near one of the richest public high schools in AZ and none of their classes can afford a single field trip this year) and we have to pay upwards of $3.00 for every gallon of gas.



My grandfather once said that if gas ever went above 50 cents a gallon that he'd never drive again. Lol...things looked promising way back when, I suppose..



If Ahhhhnold loses in CA maybe he could come help us AZ =[

I use a headset and sometimes the speakers and then the mic of the headset. And sometimes I dont use the mic at all. And thats about 97% of the time.

I use my Plantronics Audio .90. I put down the cnote for my Audigy2 so the dsp 500 is not for me.

I just use my Sony headphones. Mics just piss me off. On pubs everyone who has a mic abuses it and I end up muting them all. And personally whenever I've used a mic myself I just find it ends up getting in the way/ slowing down my shitty 56k, thus I don't bother with them.

I have a set of Jensen headphones that get pretty decent sound, and I took the mic boom off the cheap Plantronics that came with the GameVoice and attached it to the Jensens. Pretty much looks like it came from the factory that way unless you look real close at it, heh.

Speaking of that, how do you mute people in 1.6? You can't just open the scoreboard and click their name anymore. The only way I've seen is voice_enable 0.. is there a way to mute just one person?

Push escape, go to playerlist and click "Mute-In Game"
