Hrm, I never got the "Invalid Steam USERID Ticket". Untill I updated steam today, then I get it, wow I thought Valve was suppose to fix it not make it happen...

For all of those still experiencing the error.
Log out of steam (already said 40,000 times). Once you log out of steam, make sure it is not running. Go into your steam folder and delete ClientRegistry.blob. This will allow you to log back in again.
Once you delete this file steam will think that it needs to be updated again, because you have deleted the records of all of the updates in the past. It will re-download the neccessary updates needed, which would be the stock steam version to whatever version we are on right now. The incremental patches we've been fed are known to cause such errors--99.9% of the times, full patches do not contain such errors, and it proves itself not to contain this error.
When I logged out of steam and went back in it would not let me log back in, so I went to delete our friendly troublesome file, and it let me log in again.Comment

Lol funny story. I was so frustrated with steam and the fact that i couldnt log onto servers, that i was going to reinstall it. So, i deleted steam and started downloading the steaminstall.exe file with the cs cache, but, in the middle of the downloading, steam comes out with the fix. Hah! Isnt that funny? I DONT THINK IT IS, FUCK YOU STEAM, FUCK YOU!Comment
