what's the difference between Half-Life 2 and Half-Life:Source? i'm sure this is a "dumb" question, and that at least 2 people will flame me, but i would like to know.

That would be nice. Maybe even go the way of an ESPN XBOX game, then it's only $20. I don't think think will ever happen but, after all the BS they gave us.

CS:S is simply counter-strike on the source engine...so i'm going to assume that HL:S is the old half-life on the source engine. The difference being hl2 is a new game, as hl:s is an old game on a new engine...

but i don't really know =/

Half-Life:Source is HL1 ported to the source engine.

They should just fly planes over the suburbs and drop copies of HL2 out of the plane with little parachutes... Forget Vivendi... and forget conventional methods!

I may have to play through HL:S before I start on HL:2. Hmm... I wish I had some more vacation time. :\

HL2 will likely be a lot more fun than the puppy for the first month or so. And it won't take a shit on your carpet.



After that you'll probably like the puppy more. But that's a fun month right there.
