The Division 2 runs on an updated version of the Snowdrop Engine, which I find a bit amusing since there isn't any snow in the game now. It will be released on March 15, 2019 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can register for the beta right now. There is no date set for when this beta will take place and registration does not guarantee access to the beta.

We got some fresh news, footage, and gameplay details for Tom Clancy's The Division 2 this week thanks to E3 2018. Gone are the snow covered streets of New York from the first game. The crew is taking the fight to Washington, D.C. in what looks to be the season of Summer following the outbreak.
