PSA: Get Destiny 2 for $12 via Humble

Humble is offering up Destiny 2 for just $12 if you subscribe to their Humble Monthly deal. While they call it a subscription, you are free to cancel at any time. Meaning that you can put down $12 right now and get Destiny 2 right away. If nothing else, that $12 will probably also get you some additional games. I'm not 100% sure on how the whole monthly subscription thing works, but I think they add some additional games during the month?

Whatever, it's Destiny 2 for $12. It's an Activision published title available for just $12 being sold through Humble less than a year following its release. That might give you some idea of the current state of the game, despite of the game having a record breaking launch for Activision. It's also important to note that you're going to be locked out of a bunch of content if you don't also purchase the DLC expansions for the game. Right now, those aren't on sale.

You can still play through the base game's main campaign and whatnot. Just don't be surprised when you can't earn some of the higher level gear or access some of the other content that's currently in the game from the first expansion.
