This October, Sony will hold a special PlayStation Media Showcase 2017 during Paris Games Week. The event begins on October 30 at 5PM (local time). I assume "local time" means the time in Paris, which means it will be about 11AM (ET) here on the East Coast of the States.
What will they show? Who will be there? Nobody knows!
Previous years included reveals and news on games like Detroit: Become Human, No Man Sky's release date, a Gran Turismo Sport reveal, and more. Interestingly, Sony did not hold a separate conference in 2016. They instead opted just to have their own booth for Paris Games Week that included a bunch of playable demos of games.
