Kotaku and Other Gawker Sites Being Auctioned Off Next Week

Next week, the Gawker Media sites will be put up for auction. It seems as though each Gawker site will be auctioned off separately instead of together as a group. This means that Kotaku will more than likely be going to the highest bidder.

Gawker Media is undergoing some changes. The publisher of this site, and many of your other favorite (Kotaku) and least favorite (Deadspin) blogs, will be sold at auction next week.

Right now, it seems as though Ziff Davis (IGN, Ookla (Speedtest.net)) is the odds on favorite to pick up Kotaku. Yeah, your wildest dreams may finally come true, a future where Kotaku and IGN are under one umbrella!
