Earlier this week, CSGOLotto, Trevor "TmarTn" Martin, and Thomas "ProSyndicate" Cassell were added to one of the two legal complaints recently filed against Valve over allegations of facilitating illegal gambling with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skins.
TmarTn and ProSyndicate are owners in CSGOLotto, a site that they "actively promote as a gambling service, including to minors."
The amended lawsuit was filed in Florida, where both the defendant and CSGOLotto are located. At present, no parties involved have issued a public statement on the matter.

Just for added giggles, more allegations of bet rigging taking place was possibly uncovered in this new video. A Steam user, currently going with the name of "Rakanoth" has a 99% win rate on skin gambling site, CSGOLike. That 99% win rate comes from playing 366 games. Interestingly, the "top players" page mentioned in the video was taken down for a while. When it came back, Rakanoth's win rate went down to just 17% with only 65 wins. 300 games just magically disappeared. Thankfully, a Google cache of the page as it existed before the obvious tampering can still be seen here.
In the suit, which was filed by an anonymous parent on behalf of their child, Valve is accused of deliberately allowing the creation of a market where players and third-parties trade weapon skins like casino chips. The lawsuits accuse Valve and third-party sites like CSGO Diamonds, CSGO Lounge and CSGO Lotto of allowing millions of Americans to link their individual Steam accounts to websites that allow players to gamble with their CS: GO weapon skins.
