The open beta for World of Tanks on the PlayStation 4 is now underway.
December 4, 2015 — PlayStation®4 owners rejoice! The World of Tanks PlayStation®4 Open Beta is now live and available to download from the PlayStation®Store. The Open Beta weekend will run through December 4–6, coinciding with PlayStation®Experience taking place December 5 and 6 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA, where the game will be playable at Wargaming booth #1200.
The exclusive PlayStation® 20th anniversary M22 Locust Premium US light tank will be gifted to all Beta participants who join the fight this weekend. As a tribute to the original PlayStation®, the M22 Locust features a unique PlayStation® camouflage with special emblem. As an added bonus, tankers will also receive the T1E6-PS tank with exclusive camouflage for playing in the Beta.
World of Tanks on PlayStation®4 will support key platform features including DUALSHOCK®4 functionality, Share Play and PlayStation®Vita Remote Play with optimized, intuitive controls. The game is free-to-play for all PlayStation® account holders and does not require a PlayStation®Plus membership.
