Robert Bowling's Robotoki Has Closed Up and Development on Human Element on Hiatus

In a statement made to Joystiq, Robert Bowling announced that his studio, Robotoki, has ceased operations and development of Human Element is "on hiatus."
"This week we have ceased operations at Robotoki and the development of Human Element is on hiatus. We were actively negotiating a new publishing deal for the premium version of Human Element but unfortunately I was unable to continue to self-fund development until a deal was finalized."

Bowling had started Robotoki after leaving Infinity Ward back in 2012. The last thing we heard about Human Element came in November of 2014 when it was revealed that the game would no longer be a free-to-play title.
