Valve has revealed the tournament schedule and the prize breakdown for The International Dota 2 Championships.
As it stands right now, the total prize pool is sitting at $10,299,055 (USD). First place is looking to earn at least $4.7 million. Even 14th place is going to take home over $20K. Let's see just how much each place will earn.
And naturally, those amounts are already different since I started to type them since more funds are still being added through The Compendium.
There will be three new ways to watch The International this year, regardless if you are watching in-game or from Dota2.com.
These are all in addition to the in-person viewing, the Pubstomps at various places around the world, and also through Twitch.tv.
In addition to all of this, Valve has updated the Secret Shop with a ton of fresh merchandise. To check all of those items out for yourself be sure to check out this handy PDF catalog (PDF; 42MB).
The full overview to get you primed for the event can be found at Dota2.com. We'll have more on The International as the events draw near.
