Most of Titanfall's 50GB Install Size is Taken Up by Localized Language Audio Files

Allegedly, most of the 50GB install size for Titanfall is due to almost 35GB of audio files. For some unknown reason, Respawn and EA have decided to include every localized language pack into one install. That means that no matter what language you speak, you will have every language included in your download and install of the game.

This comes from a user on the Escapist forums. I do not have the game myself and cannot verify these claims but he did provide a couple of images as proof. The first is seen above from the unpacking process. The second one, below, shows the language directory.

Yes, that leaves just 15GB from that 50GB install size for maps, textures, coding, and everything else that isn't audio. It's unclear as to why Respawn decided to go this route. Many other titles on Origin include the ability to select your language prior to downloading, thus reducing the bloat that is needed on your machine.

If true, it almost seems as though the install size could have been cut significantly simply by giving players the option of which language they wanted prior to downloading.
