Yes, Second Assault is coming out first for the Xbox One Premium members on November 22. Xbox 360, PC, and PlayStation 3 Premium members will get the content on December 3. As for the PlayStation 4 release date? I honestly have no idea. I'm going to guess it's also December 3, but I cannot find a solid source for that.
