Sure, you can play Team Fortress 2 with an Oculus Rift coupled with a mouse and keyboard, but that's for wusses! No, to get the full immersion going, you need an Oculus Rift and the Omni.

The video was uploaded from Virtuix, the group behind the Omni technology. Yes, it is a treadmill with a guard rail set up in a full 360 movement setup. My out of shape self got winded just watching the video.

Needs paintball/airsoft turrets that shoot the player whenever he/she gets hit for perfect immersion. Kind of like the Battlefield 3 tent (I know I know, operators outside the tent control the turrets).
