Emile Pedneault, game designer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut said that the improvements coming to the Wii U version of the title will not make their way to any other platform.
The improvements, for those not in the know, include updated visuals (new lighting system, improved fog, improved shadows, and antialiasing), a strategy guide, and a reworking of the game's rather crap boss fights. Those boss fights were originally outsourced to another studio, but for the Wii U Director's Cut they are being redone in-house by Eidos Montreal.
You know what? I did ask for this. Everyone asked for this. And nobody outside of Wii U players will get to enjoy it. What a shame.
