Sixth Resident Evil Movie Dated for September 2014

They're up to six of these already? Huh. Anyway, the sixth and final Resident Evil film has been given a release date. That date is September 12, 2014.

Apparently the last film in the series, Resident Evil: Retribution, grossed over $221 million around the world and left the door wide open for another movie in the series.

Not many details are known about he movie outside of the release date. Apparently Retribution left off with Alice (Milla Jovovich) and Wesker facing off against a "rather large threat." I really don't know. I think I stopped watching after Resident Evil: Apocalypse with Nemesis in it and I saw parts of Resident Evil: Extinction on TV at some point. I mean, come on they had Nemesis cry if I'm remembering Apocalypse correctly.

I stopped following the series the very moment I heard Wentworth Miller say, "I know a way out." I literally left the room when he said that and didn't bother watching the rest of the DVD, and heard the synopsis from those who stayed in the room. I assume "Chris Redfield" revealed the tattoos on his back which is secretly a blueprint to the escape hatch of the building they were in. I don't know, I stopped caring like I just said.

I enjoy the series and the games that they come out with generally. Its just something to watch, I don't normally watch them in the theater though just rent or buy it when it is on sale.
