Halo, Halo 2, and Halo 3 Spotted in the Steam Database

So, we all know how there are sites out there that scour the list of Steam applications in the easily accessible Steam database, right? Well, some interesting results were added today which include Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3.

This certainly seems like a bit of an odd move here, what with the multiplayer servers for Halo 2 PC going down on February 15, Halo 3 never having had a PC release, and with Halo 4 being the smarter choice to have ported to the PC.

A few other notable additions includes Fez, Octodad: Dadliest Catch, No More Room in Hell, Yogventures!, and tons more.

Keep in mind that just because something shows up in the database, doesn't necessarily mean it will be released publicly on Steam.

I really hope this happens. It's one of my favorite series', but with a PC, I find little reason to own a 360. I still play Gears of War PC from time to time, and running it at 1080 & 60 FPS looks fantastic. Halo 3 on PC would be awesome.

Heh, if this and the other Halo games get to PC, I'm just about ready to sell my Xbox and PS3. I'd only keep the Wii for Zelda, heh.

I sold my xbox last year and that effectively turned my xbox live subscription into a free game once per year.
