Filter Digital, a company that apparently helps to design handbooks for other companies (among other services), was commisioned by Valve to create the "Valve Handbook for New Employees".

Take note, as this is probably the only time any of us will ever get to see this book.

Hmm... I see. I will talk to a fellow staff member while they are peeing in the bathroom to find out if their cabal is interesting enough for me to join. Got it! In fact, I will go into the women's bathroom to do so.

In all seriousness though, I love how their desks are all on wheels so you can literally move your work to any cabal of your choice. That and they still maintain the multiple floors of snack rooms after moving to the new office... Except they're full-blown cafeterias with catering services now. Sweeeeeeeeeeeet.
