The only thing i DIDNT like and i hope it is single player only is the fact:
There was no health bar ><
the SP and MP might be very different to use SP as practice though. we already have news of SP only elements like body dragging. taking a page from MOH?
They don't have to knife a door into oblivion to "open" it now! Horray! Hopefully that carries over to MP so it doesn't suffer from the BC2 "RAAAAAAAAAAAAA MUST KNIFE THIS WOODEN DOOR!" syndrome.
guys, so i guess when inthe multiplayer something blows up near you you will go flying?!?! for example ur tqaking cover vehind a tank it blows up u fly that **** up and survive? i hope they include that in the multiplayer its gonna be so awesome
Whats this SP crap? When has the BF series ever focused on SP? This is not a good sign. If we wanted SP, we'd play one of the MANY COD clones out there.

This is single player footage only. Do not assume what you see will be in multiplayer also. Its also pre-alpha, which means a lot of changes can still happen.
Yeah, it looks more CoD as far as surroundings, buildings, cars, but CoD was based in the same region as this, soooooo.....
Re: Battlefield 3 Gameplay Trailer - Fault Line Series Episode 1
Honestly this doesn't look very much like CoD, I mean its the same setting but...
And I also though this was pretty cool.
"What we're doing is we give all sounds a decibel and then we have our sound engine move your digital ear through that spectrum in real time. That's why we don't have to mix audio manually because the game engine does that for us." Essentially that means while enemies fire their weapons, they'll be loud up until the point where you fire your weapon, which will dominate the audio and drown out other lower decibel sounds, such as footsteps. "It's not that we cut out the footsteps, they're still there, but your ear doesn't pick that up because there are so many loud sounds."

Yeah, but how would it really work in MP? You only have so many seconds to get to someone, drag them safe, and revive, when you can just revive and run.

I hope the "revive and run" tactic isnt in BF3 personally. I think it would be extremely useful to drag one of your team mates to safety.
Nobody is going to revive you if they need to stand still for 5 seconds in the same spot that you just got killed in.
So there will need to be other tools available if "revive and run" is gone.
