Demize99 (I assume that's who that is) is Alan Kertz. He's the "Senior Gameplay Designer on Battlefield 3."
so we have pretty graphics, good animations, great sound. yes that is good, but the commander mode is out. and it makes you wonder will the squad leader position will be out too? if thats the case then one of the best gameplay element is out then im sorry i dont care about this game.

Like I said before... even the people who say they will hate this game, will buy it anyway, so you guys can all just stop getting your panties in a bunch and save your energy by not getting all angry about a video game.

Watching a few tanks around on a MP map wouldn't show off anything special for MP. MP reveals should include players killing other players (you know, like have multiple players), which takes time.
LoL we have seen one video and have very limited info on the game! I love how quick people want to criticize something! I'll bet this game will desecrate any game out there or any game to come for about 2 years!!

Sounds pretty solid to me, I certainly hope to return to 2142. While most people overlook it, it is still my personal favorite. I can agree with you that likely there will be one core BF franchise game per engine, with incremential tweaks mostly done on the BC franchise.
