thats cool, i might install bf2 again, but the servers suck every round it switches teams : ( which is annoying because once i made a squad with good players i dont want to loose the squad

Levente if the server switches your side.. it switches everyone on your team.. so you could just make that same squad again on the other team.

Some servers don't mix the teams at all, they keep all the squads in place for the next round.

I wonder if they will fix the sniper scope problem; when you quick scope to take a shot it immediately scopes out before you can shoot. :|

The BH's guns have been un Nerfed, a good thing. Not the fire hose of death as in the good ole days and not the tiny stream of nothing it is now.

At least the patch will be out before Sept, (I hope)

Too bad the EA UK community had the final say on the insta prone accuracy nonsense.

Looking good and loads of good improvements, hopefully it will be out within the next 2 weeks.

But one thing, how long would it take for new mods to be converted from 1.41 to 1.5?

Do we have an exact ETA for the patch yet. Or is it just still soon.

Edit: Also do you think the 1.5 beta patch that is out now will be the finalized patch? Just wondering so people that have the 1.5 beta patch installed won't have to redownload the 1.5 final patch when it is released.

Finally, though this game did not turnout to be a BF1942 or DC.

I wish it had been as fun as BF1942 or DC.

The improved hit boxes will help though. Having bullets and rockets fly right through your target was not fun at all. True widescreen support is very welcome indeed!

From what I understand, many of the BF2 mod teams plan to make their mods compatible with 1.5 after this patch is released. From my understanding AIX, DCONX and PR plan to do so. That's what I'm really excited about! Hopefully it gives us something to keep us busy while we wait for BF1943 on the PC.
