Both rifleman and scout have iron sight/scope. SMG dosent because it's a close combat gun =)

1942 had a zoom which kinda simulated ironsights.

All weapons have zoom that give better accuracy, o maybe not hand grenades and c4 but all the others! =)

You know, I'm glad they made it less cartoony. It will definitely draw more people in that way, especially with Heroes on the way.

first iwo jima is nothing like that in real life.

second the graphics textures and shaddows will not impress me.

third no iron sights and there will prob be no prone action.

Finially a word of warning to you all,download only could mean if you all buy it the next generations of BF games will be download only,and at worse the might end up with a pay per month game like WOW(world of warcraft)

I would have thought BF fans want more technical challenges and toys/gadgets to master and not be a mindless karkland mental patient running in circles like a mouse.But if this is what EA thinks of me im shocked.

Calling BF a Arcade game is kind of a insult to a BF soldier and the hours he has put in i think:evil:

There is going to be iron sights, this has already been talked about.

Someone got confused and mixed up about it and thought there was going to be none, but infact DICE never said there was not going to be iron sights at all.

And CMD said there will be iron sights in the game.

Both rifleman and scout have iron sight/scope.
