In a Western consumerist market such as the one we (or I) live in, its perfectly natural that certain forms of media will come under scrutiny for the sake of unsubstantiated anxiety over movies or television programs that aren't "family friendly." However, the whole reason why many of the most popular video games are even popular is because of freedom, freedom from censorship, etc.
Artistic expression in the form of a video games (GTA series) is partialy reliant on that fact. It offers to people what they can't get any where else.

And with internet forums, its completely different. Uncensored video games can be seen as artistic or avant-garde. Uncensored internet forums is seen as immaturity.

Censorship is everywhere you shouldn't be saying your against it since this forum is censored too, I can't ****ing say **** here because when it's inappropriate it gets converted to a bunch of asterisk symbols. So **** ****ing **** fack lol. I think it is the webmasters choice weather or not censor his website, you have the freedom to post your videos, at the same time it's up to the moderators to make sure the content is appropriate for all ages.

Censorship is ****ing bull ****ing ****, every ****ing **** sucker who enforces this god damn censorship should have their mother ****ing **** cut off and forced to eat ****ing dog ****.

Now was any of that really necessary? of course not and neither is putting pornography into a game. All this talk about people expressing themselves is stupid, sure you have the freedom to do so over the internet but not at the cost of others. Just because someone is uncomfortable with those body parts walking around does not mean they are just to close minded and if you read the article it involves more then just looking at them.

The creatures are not just static. Users can create animated scenarios for the characters to engage in, some of which include sexually graphic acts.

Now do we really need to see that? Just because some people are comfortable with it does not mean everyone has to be. Some people are perfectly comfortable with bestiality does that make you close minded if you would rather not see a man having sex with a dog?

These people can still make their "Art" on their own computers but they really do not need to go broadcasting it to an internet audience who may be under 18. Having special sites to download the material off of is ok but they do not need to be in the custom content areas of the official spore site or floating around youtube.
