Call of Duty 5 to be WWII?

In my opinion, WWII first-person-shooter games has been done so many times that it is becoming sort of bland.

I for one would really like to see a nice, authentic Revolutionary or Civil War game, with online multiplayer capabilities.

A good soldier back then could reload his musket in about 20 seconds per shot in one minute. About 3 muskets balls a minute.

maybe COD5 will be WWII style but the real challenge will be making a next gen game for the underpowered Wii. There will have to be huge differences between the different console ports (ps3, 360) and the PC. It is like a company makes the most awesome racing engine ever and then they put it in a Ferrari chassis(PC), a Mercedes chassis(PS3&360), and finally in my 1984 Dodge Colt chassis(Wii)!

I just don't see the Dodge Colt Hatchback running so well when it comes to race day.

Wow this is bad. Treyarch sucks at making call of duty games. Cod 3 sucked!!! They rushed it out and did not balance it or test it for that matter. They didnt seem to care. Theres was tons of bugs and even after release they didnt fix them. Cod 3 could of been a good game if IW made it. Screw cod 5 its going to suck everyone just keep playing cod 4. If you want ww2 which i like. Then make a mod for it. I really like ww2 when its done right.

IMO there are like only 4 good ww2 games that are worth anyone time. Cod 1 bia road to hill 30 and bia earnd in blood and a mod for bf2 forgotten hope. Thos are the only good ww2 games. Cod 2 sucks! cod 3 sucks every moh sucks. People would like ww2 games if there was better ones out there. If you are a hard core ww2 fan i suggest bia or forgotten hope. They are the best ww2 games out there.




Wow Treyarch once again there off on the wrong foot!!! Map makers need to make fun a balanced maps. Like carentan from cod 1 and dawnville for cod 1. Thos were great maps. Fun and balanced. Cod 5 is going to fail. God i hate treyarch so much. IW should just sale the call of duty name to treyarch and start a new game that they and only they own thats called charlie oscar delta. They allready have the .com name and theres allready like 10 cod games out. Time to rename it. WW2 games a fun if there done right. Cod 1 was great. Then cod 2 sucked because they changed the gameplay and it did not fit a ww2 setting. Now cod 4 fits the gameplay and its really balanced and fun. Cod 3 was buggy unbalanced. It was a pain to connect to games and i have a great connection so that should never be a problem. The animations where glitchy and it just looked like it was still in a beta form.

NO ONE BUY COD 5. It will be very bad trust me!

dude you need to chill and take a look, MoH started it all and MOHAA was great that was the one game that pretty much started the CoD series. CoD2 was also very good because it added a whole new perspective to the game play and updated graphics and the good reliability that IW has been known for. CoD3 was infact Sh*t it was developed by a Treyarch, and they infact have been known to produce Sh*t, they did they console versions of CoD2 called big red one. They did how ever do one thing right so far, They made CoD:UO. Which was a pretty damn good expansion. It seems as though they are primarely a console developer, but i have a feeling this game will be released on PC as well good or bad.
That is my opinion towards your opinion.

I dunno, i tend to wait and see the results before put the development team of a game against a fall and fire a MG against them. But for what i read... COD3 wasn't specially nice... :dead: So we have to wait until COD6, then? Another modern day Shooter with updated grenadespam and more noobguns :laugh: /sarcasm off.
Really, we gonna wait for Cod6 made by IW better than any crap done by these ones.
