    Re: BattleGroup-Frontlines Mod Update #24

    LOL

Takiwa, if you don't know, i't not FH fanboy last 3 years. I'm member of team, main researcher of FH team. And i have some skills not in non-commercial gamedev only. I have 5 commercial projects done as a professional researcher, for example, Theatre of War (september 2002-january 2004, ground vehicles refs and checking), Pacific Fighters, 1946.

I don't need model on my PC for correct checking. If you have 4,5 years skill of professional research, you see errors instantly.

BTW i also work with models in 1:1 scale, little painting sessions.
    Last examples:

    BTW, it;s your words, right?

After that you better shut up.

You just made yourself look like a Class A retard with that post. You go on about how much experience you have in Real Life, and that you are a dev of FH no less...and then you tell me that since I made a mistake, I can't say anything because you made one?

I made a mistake about that sand filter and you FH clones blasted me into tommorrow for it. I won't let you off so easy either. You came into our news post like you were king sh|t, telling us we modeled somethig wrong, and it bit you in the a$$. Now YOU stfu, and leave before you make yourself look more stupid...

      LMAO, what a joke.

      You were wrong, idiot.

I hope some FH fanboys read this and see that their beloved devs aren't always right...

by the blueprints we used everything is right...did you look at the link I posted? There are 10 different versions there that look just like ours. But I'm sure others will look, so it's ok if you didn't. But by all means, continue to make a fool out of yourself. Give me a history lesson, according to the great FH dev Taranov. Then when you are done, you will still be wrong, and where will we be?

I won't stop, I enjoy making idiots out of FH devs. By all means, continue to show your ignorance...

constructive criticism is always good and i will accept any criticsm if it is right. But Taranov calls himself a Researcher for FH and all he does is just posting pictures he found on the web.

I thought FH takes more care about the guys working for them.

And all the pictures he is providing are from a different truck we made. Just because our tarp or whatever it is called, is not as high as the FH one? Alright, if we take FH as a reference now, then we should close the military museums.

Were are blueprints he can offer? i can offer pictures of the lower version and say the FH one is wrong. i can proove that by pictures. But i didn´t because i know, there were different versions.

But thank you Taranov, i will prepare some pictures to show all the faults in the FH Panzer3 if you are interested. and that is just the start.

You call yourself a researcher? I call you someone who is only using google for finding pictures.

Any Literature you can offer, any research on real tanks, trucks, cars? Every been to a museum?

I always liked to see what was coming from FH and I don´t care if there are differences to the original one, but you guy prooved me, that i was wrong.

Who calls himself a reality mod should do no mistakes.

            Edit:
Ok you have been to the museum. You know the real name of Panzaman? Maybe you should know that he is very professional in his research work, too. It is not only the one and only Taranov...

@Trananov , if you are so knowledgeable go and try and do a better ****ing job yourself (oh wait you cant ) im in awe of the BGF teams models and the FH teams model much better than anything i can do , it really does look bad to the public to watch devs argue also ...

Tak, Just ignore him, don't have his behaviour

BGF have provided photos which show that the opel blitz is correct (the version done because there is many variant), so there is no more problem...

I'm an old member of the bf42 community and fh and i'm really disappointed by the behaviour of a FH dev.

We have always pay respect for your mod and we accept constructive critism,
but if we are able provide pictures of the opel we model then i don't see why you continue to complain aboutbgf model.

Nice model ! I'm impatient to support my infantery with this nasty stug

1).In Wehrmacht used 2 main versions of 3-t Opel Blitz: Opel Blitz 3,6-36S (4X2)and Opel Blitz 3,6-6700 (4X4). Cabs, bodies and tents same for all versions. Opel Blitz 3,6-6700 little highter. All version use 2 types of bodies: high sides (lke on the FH Blitz), and low sides (like on the BGF Blitz). Tents, as i said, is same, and arcs too. Also Opel Blitz 3,6-6700 have little different bumper, like on the BGF model.
2). On the Tha Godfather photo i see Opel Blitz with tent and arcs from GMC CCKW, original Opel Blitz tent is different. It's postwar Blitz, 1945-50 production.
Another postwar Blits with CCKW tent and arcs:
Die von Ihnen aufgerufene Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden.

Opel Blitz with original tent and arcs:

3). Do you can explain this?

Or do you to start to seek new version of Blitz with same mistakes? Or maybe your blueprints not 100% correct?

be prepared for us to dissect your Panzer 3 in the same way, and point out several obvious mistakes we have found that will reflect on your poor research skills...you have started something that you certainly don't want to finish, FH is just as full of imperfections and contradictions as BGF or any other mod within the BF2 engine. God fobid you have left off something due to poly count reasons, we will point you out as the fraud you are...

The only think i can gain about this thread is that Taranow has a very nice cat, i love cats :-)

The rest of the posts and quotes are rather dissapointing.
Why are you trying to show that you are such a good and professional researcher by showing us all those pics and your private collection, Taranow?
Comes out a bit strange. We have some very good researchers and people in the team that have written books about tanks and travelled all around the world to take pictures of vehicles.

A gentleman enjoys and hold one´s tongue, as we say in germany. Telling other mods that their model is wrong and beeing an Dev of an other game(what i didn´t know so far) isn´t very gentle like - do that private but not here in a public update - that would have kept the respect offered to you.

I please all BGF-Devs stop arguing with Taranow. You know we did it our way, let´s do the others their way...

1-2). Opel Blitz 2.5-32, 1,5-t truck with civiliant tent and wooden slats on the arcs top for more durability
3). Looks like Opel Blitz 3,6-6700, tent and arcs from GMC CCKW
4-5). Opel Blitz 3,6-36S with high body, basical version of army Opel Blitz 3,6-36S.

Takiwa, you start this flame first. First time in Bf 109E-7/trop thread, second time with words "Everything is right about that Opel Blitz, it matches the blueprints exactly". If you can talk about ours model, why i can't make some suggestion about our model? Any constructive criticism is useful for all sides, it's catalyst for improving quality of unreleased yet mod or game. I see some words about Blitz on yours main page, before my posts here.

I'll let you off the hook, Taranov, because I have to take a trip at the moment, and can't sit here on my computer all day argueing with you about this.

The Opel was made and used with a low tarp which we have shown. FH chose to use a high tarp, good for you. You have not shown yourself to be superior in any way with your posts...quite rather the opposite. I hope for FH's sake that you are not "the lead researcher" as you have proclaimed yourself, or we will have so many errors to point out on your news posts we won't be able to work on our own mod. Maybe they have others there more knowledgable than you, I hope so.
