CTF is not included in this release. We have selected a core set of game modes and concentrated on making them rock solid. With future updates, new game modes may be added.

Carnage = 64 players on 16 player air map.

So its set to respawn a plane as soon as one leaves , right ?

32 jets per side would be way to many unless the map is bigger than I expected .

I hope that in your enthusiasm, you won't divulge any more information about it before PoE gives a green light for the articles and reviews.

LOL BigDog ... sorry for misleading you (I see the mistake now)... it was meant along the lines that I won't be much bothered when 2142 comes out because of PoE :)

Looks good, but I still don't think you guys have released much information on how it will play? Can a DEV or Tester give any comparison to any other games or BF mods out there? Is it realism, like vanilla, or sort of a mix (like OPK).

You must not have played POE for BFV . In my opinion it saved BFV cause I thought BFV sucked a$$ .

To sum up what you asked , this mod has everything BF2 had to offer but didnt fulfill . The teams weapons , vehicles , and maps all play and feel better than nilla . Bug issues and support w/ this team superseeds EA's by miles .

All new vehicles and none from bf2 . POE will have game modes to suit every player on the battlefield from the ground pounders to the jet/chopper whore's .

If I were you I would register on there forums and browse around , real nice people .

you'll see more action with 16 players on a frontline map than you ever will in any 64 player bf2 map

Frontline is going to be amazing for comp play or small servers. Each map its on makes the mode very different. So some will be more vehicle focused while others will be tight inf focused.

If this mod is over 1 gig, I'm not downloading it. Also, will this be ranked? I don't play anything if I don't get low res pictures of medals for my hard work.
