could someone check if seat switching in a heli still work? and if so, does the AA lock still get lost when seat is switched?

Can any1 tell me where 2 see ALL changes???
and if this patch can be un-installed? (without un-installing the full game ect.)

Can't uninstall the patches with out uninstalling the full game, only way to kind of do it is make a back up of your game before you patch it and then patch it and see how you like the patch, if you don't like it, revert to the other verison (your backup).

Do you mean like BF2 with no-patches are installed, or do you mean like Battlefield 2 with no other expansions/mods. If its an unpatched-BF2 that you're talking about then no, none of the new features added with the patch (or any of the previous patches) will be on/work in that verison. If its BF2 without any expansions/mods then all the features will work, because they're all fixes/extras for regular Battlefield 2 (except for one fix for the Special Forces expanison).

BF2 will never get fixed. 2142 is what Dice/EA are going to be focusing on.


Remember how BFV never got fixed? This patch is a cluster****. I looked forwarding to trying out the vehicle request, but found myself waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiting to connect to my account and getting crashes.

Yes, my freind including me are experiencing crashes to desktop evrytime we join a server. it has been arround for quite a while now but it is worst thatn ever.:cry:

i mean what would you ever use a jeep for, on an aircraft carrier!!!
'oh ya to run into ppl waiting to get off the carrier.' DUH!!

i say we all go on strike until' the fix the real problums with this game,
or not buy the next lame mod that comes out..
"i mean SF was a real wast of money!!"

lets see 'em make a patch for that.

now all we're going see is lame 'pics of the day'
like how many jeeps you can stack, and look i put 15 jeeps on the roof of the hotel...

I havent tried the patch yet... but I'm now dreading it...

I had such high hopes for 1.3...

Now all we're left with is a bunch of excellent mods that now need tweaking to get back on track...

i dl'ed the 1.3 but i wanted to switch back so i dl'ed 1.22 after. am i running 1.3 or 1.22?

What they should do is make 'vehicle drops' only available from squad leader requests, that would solve this crap and make the feature useful...

You really wonder how they spent so much time creating a patch that makes things worse...

The main screen of the game should tell you patch you are running. Should be in the bottom right corner I believe.

do actually know what the chain of command means??? I dont think so... a squad member can reuest things, these request only receives the squad leader, and the squad leader is the only person that can request things from the commander.

haven't got to try the new patch, but would be nice to see some actual bugs fixed ingame, instead of adding more useless **** to the game, but whatever...

I couldn't really care about this patch - other than the fact that I need it.

I play PRMM, vanilla is to arcade for my preference these days.

I got the patch, tried to play PRMM, didnt work, patched thinking oh well I may awell play something, then PRMM worked, so I played that all day.

I tried a Vanilla round for 10 minutes just now and the gameplay isn't as fun as prmm.

I still like BF2, for which all my enjoyment wouldn't be possible.
