If there were blood in the game then it would make it more laggier. Imagine in Karkand 64 players all are shooting , blood is every where. Your gfx card must be a top of the line

I kind of thought this too at first but PRMM does it and I don't experience hardly any lag on that mod. (Although there is no arty / tanks...

Nope, I don't particularly care to see blood. I would care more about having the missles actually hit tanks instead of going right through them. There are stilla few bugs left to fix that are a lot more important than blood. Aside from that, if they cannot add new unlocks because of memory issues, then what makes you think blood would even work? It would be way more information for any system to handle.

How can people be such hypocrites. Everyone loved Saving Private Ryan. They didn't find the gore in it to be disturbing, but when I said gore in BF2 would add to the realism, silly little people like Titan pop out of the wood work.

But yeah. im off to buy some pokemon cards and write a shopping list that i want my parents to buy for my 3rd birthday.

Sorry for coming across as an a s s h o l e there, but I was trying to make a point about blood in this game. I don't think its required, I do think that it would cause a lot of problems online, and it people want blood in a game, they should play another game that already has blood in it (SP FPS type like SOF).

So yeah id probably have to say Battlefield franchise is better off without blood. Keeps its cartoony feel.

BF2 isn't the real world, it's an arcade game. Aren't games supposed to be fun?
I wasn't insulting you, however I was trying to make a point regarding "realism", i.e. how far do we go?
I'm actually not opposed to blood in the game, rather I'm totally indifferent. However I don't understand the fascination with gore. Why do you feel the need to watch people's guts fall out?
If you've had your share in real life, why do you need to experience it in a computer game?
