We were hacked. Several times over the past two weeks, in fact.
While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.

Have you noticed this recently popular tactic of ppl just zig-zaging randomly when they are shot @ until they find you on the mini-map, or catch a glance of where the fire is coming from?
Annoys the hell out of me when I miss, & it actually works for them

sniping with a PKM, full use of allowable amounts of claymores.
Yet, 90% of you whined about at least one of those things.
I really couldn`t have cared less about any of those because there was always another way.
Joining a server and spawning to be killed by some dip**** who`s idea of fun, is killing people as they spawn, without helping his team to capture all of the flags first is lame.
It is a cheap tactic and anyone who defends it has no honor.

The same people who see this as an enjoyable way of playing a team oriented game are the same people who would gladly download a cheat or hack, if they thought for 2 sec they could get away with it.

You make a valid point, however the quickest way for a squad to capture a well defended flag is for most of the team to cover all of the spawn points, so that the guys taking the flag don't get "naded" by some n00b that they just killed 15 sec. ago
There is no definitive anwser to wether or not you should bascamp.
Sometimes spawn camping is just fun though.
Othertimes you are getting killed and it makes you steam.

I think I just described the difference between base camping & spawn camping
Spawn camping is a legit tactic to secure a flag
Base camping (camping the main base) is usually done after all the other flags have been taken
However, if some one base camps your main, & you have other spawn points, your teammates should come to the rescue
If you don't have other spawn points, you plain, & simple, have been "beaten"
Now spawncamping the main base spawn points is while "legal" under EA ROE (but may be forbidden by the individual servers ROE), is IMO not fun, it is just a "slaughterfest", & gets boring
I like to camp the enemies last base from a distance, giving them a little chance to get their bearings, & wait for them to "come out & fight", because if you don't a lot of ppl will disconnect, especially if it is late already, & empty the server out
Then you have to find a new server
Now if they won't come out, & fight, then I have to go in, & get them, what choice do I have but to waste time waiting for the tickets to run down
I know what I am talikn' about, my rabid clanmates LOVE emptying out, & shuttting down servers :evil:

It is basically the Air craft carrier weapons system on land, only it never overheats and the damage it does and damage it can take is greatly increased. So basically anything coming near the uncap can be torn to shreads in seconds.....kind of an interesting setup...oh and it has included shoulder fire stinger missles as an addition to the normal kit weapons.....

We already have n00bs that won't leave the main base in a tank in Ghost now if they are under fire

If your last base is the uncap and you are in a tank why would you leave and not defend? Personally I would take a faster vehicle like a FAV to go try to cap an enemy held point....Armor should stay and defend to keep the attention of the base campers so the others can go out to cap

2. If you are tryin' to penetrate into enemy terittory right thru the enemy while you have his attention, there is no better solution than using heavy armour, especially if he is backed up by the APC right on his tail w/ both drivers being engy
3. If all you have is an uncap, & you defend you WILL lose the round

Face it. You dont spawnrape for tickets, you do it for the points. Its time to quit the selfjustification and get that "valid" tactic to where it belongs. Clan matches.
