I'm owning with medic at the moment, since 1.2 I think they made the SA80 (the green gun) more powerful, medic has helped me get many a gold medal recently.

Really, that's what I use for the medic, G36E. I like it and takes down the enemy quite fast. I'm doing medic for my basic medic... I've my heal badge already, but still help out people

Yes, I hate when a medic revives me in the middle of a firefight and then I die straight off. Had that happen 3times in a row, sucked. lol

I've noticed an acute abscence of medics on my favorite server, which is a shame because it means I hardly ever get revived and my team stands a greater chance of losing.

Last night on Karkand, I was spec op and I had a lone medic with me to take the hotel flag. They were determined not give the hotel flag up(32 map with 10 people). But we did it, and I believe one of the guys was a hack, because there is no way the PKM can defeat the G36C at close range with me aiming and I know he is coming due to the UAV. I was firing as soonas he turn the corner and he fired, went prone and killed me. He also took out me and my medic at close range, there is no way, because I was aiming again to be sure. I've killed many at that range and farther with this weapon and there is no way he is that good.

Maybe Medics discovered the class to be quite deadly in combat. I myself am one of those Medics. I only revieve Squad Members and occasionly someone who dies right next to me but I won't go out of my way just to heal everybody on the map. I think it's stupid, less fun and you won't even get more points (maybe a little if you take it to the extreme). Since I just got my Expert healing and Expert Combat Medics Badges I won't be using the class much anymore although it's still one of my favorites.

Me is noticed that recently not many people uses da medic kit. Most people go for either assault or sniper or support. Even for those who do go out on the field as medics they only do it so they can heal themselves, i've had one medic who is 2 feet away from me while me is dead and still don't revive!! Also, you can notice that most people who are medics are usually below the rank of staff sgt, which means they is also noobs....:hmm:
So who else miss those medic whores before patch 1.2??

Las time i played i got over 20 revives and we won the round because the US side didnt seem to know how to cap flags.

I'm one of those extreme medic whores who will risk my life to save as many ppl as i can. I revived like 10 ppl once while running right through the middle of a huge stand off between the hotel and the square. its so crazy being a medic sometimes. but then u get those occasional ppl that yell at u for reviving them... its like ur dead, nobodies shooting at us, im gonna revive you.

I usually play medic and I do my best to keep my team alive and healthy.

haven't seen many assaults playing tho.......

I played a round last week where apparently no one was assault the whole round (no score shown for assault kit at the end).

Lack of medics is kind of nice for me since I just started playing medic a few weeks ago; before that I was only medic by picking up a medic's kit to revive him.

If you've ever been on Moongamers' servers u'd constantly get revived between "The Alleys"....but much less nowadays...at least thats how i find it

To whomever said that the Paddles don't work, it is because they are linked to the # of medic bags you have charged up and stored.

I love the 3-shot-kill on the enney now after 1.22, I use it more then the g36 now. I also love getting revive points,... and will sometimes suicide for another +2.

Huh? Can you explain that in a bit more detail? I hate having to wait for my paddles to charge, but I have also noticed that the paddles glitch alot more now. I will run over to revive someone and hold my paddles square over the chest of victim and have to try 2-3 times before getting the revive. I have even tried 3-4 times and still not gotten the revive, this can be quite annoying. As for someone who complains that they were revived in front of an APC and immediately killed, stfu unless the medic does it over and over. It is what medics do, run into enemy fire and try to save lives. If the medic keeps reviving you for points in front of an APC and then ducking for cover leaving you to get shot and then repeats, fine, that is fuct but normally you will get killed again after a revive cause that is the luck of the draw every now and then.

You mustn't have seen the latest standoff at the Karkand train tracks. Oh my God, literally 20 medics. No one died until the artillery strikes came in. Until they rolled in an APC, and no one could kill it.

If the Rebels secure perimeters on both sides of the river (i.e. the train track) then US team will have a really hard times to go through. US team will be force or even pinned around the North West of the map.
It really depends how many players are playing, say for a server of 50 so 25 soldiers on each side...well that would be great fun.

I don't find any delay in the recharge. But constant revive is not that easy as far as my experience goes. Normally, I rush into the wounded irrespective of the situation and get killed after the revive, the revived lives on and fight. When I myself get revived I always go crouch first and then rotate around to check for incomings. Then will dash as quickly as I can to a wall or some shelter to grasp what is going on first.
It is realistic for a medic to take points irrespective if the team-mate will get killed again. If you wait for making a hot decision, the wounded may very likely die before his life is saved.

You said you picked up his kit and became a medic, so after he was revived, what class was he then?
