Re: FAVOURITE game besides BF2
Swat 4 is good, maybe I am the only one but when I arrest people I like to torture them with flash bangs and tasers.
Far Cry's view distance was amazing, the only thing that I didn't like was that for some reason I could not see any fish or birds, but that is a problem with MY system.
America's Army was fun aswell, but because it was free and doesn't require a high end of a system as BF2 does, it was loaded with 12 year old morons playing on their family computer with 6 user accounts on it.
GTA: San Andreas is up there with Far Cry in terms of exploring factor, and I mean, who doesn't like to be a James Bond gangster taking on teams of 10 rappers over gang turf the size of a street?
Flight Simulator 2004 and 2002 were one of the most fun games I played, it was rich in freeware addons and some payware. Emma Field, by Lago was well worth the $30 I paid for it. Don't expect to be flying 747's from Hong Kong to New York as soon as you buy it, even though the flight systems are a fraction of what really exists in a true cockpit the learning curve is pretty steep as far as auto-pilot and ATC goes. Oh yeah, ATC! There would be a site called IVAO.com or org, I don't remember, they had a fully featured FMC where you would dial in where to and from you were flying to, when you switched your radio station it would switch your teamspeak client to a different server which only consisted of that radio frequency. Great game.
