Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but Fly-by-wire means the wire is attached to the missile on the back end allowing the person firing to control it's in-flight path.
It doesn't act as a zipline for the missile, but as a remote.

Yeah the wire tails the missle once it's fired, and guidance changes are transmitted through the wire.

in addition they usually only have horizontal alignment change meaning you point and shoot...then guide it left or right....at least thats how the older ones operated...
also you only had about 1000 ft before the wire...runs out and fly straight from there...
ive heard stories about tank commanders who can respond fast enough to a tow fired missle (they are very slow flying) will fire a cannon shot as fast as possible in the direction of the man operating to TOW essential disrupting the "guider" of the missle and saving his tank...cool story i though!
I managed to get the Basic Ground Defense and Basic Armor Badges today. Now I am trying to get the Ground Defense Ribbon (3 minutes + 5 kills) and Distinguished Service Ribbon (all I need are the 15 team points; met all Global req.). I always try to get alot of team points, but I usually only end up with like 5 or 6 at most. What specific things should I do as part of a squad to rack up team points?

You can shoot the TOW missile itself right out of the air, & it explodes in midflight

"Fly by Wire" is usually referred to as the means of controlling an aircraft or say a missle in this case by eletronic signals (either analog or digital) rather than physical means referred to as mechanical or perhaps hydrolic. This reduces the overall weight of the device being controlled.

SO KOOL
peace
no sorry that now what i meant...i mean the tanker fires a reflex shot at the point where the rocket was shot from (assuming the tank is far enough away) this usually jolts the person guiding the TOW and as a result misses the tank....now the tank can fire a precise shot and take them out...

it was a pretty cool story
Dude, I know what you meant, & I added something different, but relevant
I have 30,000 kills in armour, so I have just about seen it all LOL
Milan (an equivalent to TOW) takes 12.5 seconds to reach its max range (1950m) and makes a lot of smoke when it fires, so a tank would have a chance to kill the operator, which would make the missile crash.
I doubt if you could shoot the missile down as its doing allmost 200m a second and its quite small. I suppose if its coming at you it wouldnt hurt to have a go.
