We love asteriks here, don't we? IMO, it's too soon. They should fix BF2 first. But maybe by the time 21-whatever comes out, I'll be ready for it. I'll be positive.

Now that EA owns Dice, its rather obvious their influence. They are treating the Battlefield series just like the expansion pak, keep pumping them out to make money. The problem is (so far) that all the crap EA released after BF2 has been crap and hasen't really sold. basically EA has single handedly destroyed the BF series for good.....too bad.

The BF2 fans some times really amaze me. First the fourms where spammed with "DONT BUY BF2: SF" I think I saw about 100 of the same post. Then Euro forces 14 year olds wining about 10 dollars now and "EA IS RIPING US OFF." I respect other peoples post but this is getting out of hand. You all souled try this I went back to old BF2 Screen shots from 2004 O_o and the BF2 today looks so much better then what they had two years ago. So just wait till E3 or play the game before you base your your life on a 2 min video you watch the second you got up(That's what I did). I love BF2 for the game play, the film making for my show, and its fun and I am sick of all this. Me? Well I cant wait till the new battlefield.

Who would have guessed. If you don't buy the game, someone else will and that's all they care about. The only reason they even listen to their players and modders is to poach the good developers and get new ideas.

Sounds like a good business strategy to me.

just a few questions. when was the last ubdate for BF1942? How about BF vietnam? How long will EA support BF2? My guess is that EA will drop support faster than a redheadded stepchild after their newer better son comes out.

After one year of "support". Who thinks that this is a good thing?

Not to mention that they are regurgitating the same old gfx.

This is going to be a $50 mod.
