I'm not exactly sure what we're trying to achieve in this thread, is it dying? Has it died?
Truth is, as long as there is a server with more than twenty players on it I will be playing SF. I don't play it exclusively, but I do really enjoy the change from BF2, i.e not being bombed to hell all the time. That's my opinion! Don't flame, mm kay.
Why is it important to decide whether it is dead or not, I think is what I'm saying. We have two clan servers, and oddly, the vanilla and EF server is empty most of the time, whilst the SF server is full every day! Forty players too, it is unquestionably still popular.
Oh and marranello, if you tick "populated" for BF2 it will also dramtically lower the reported servers, we all know this. It's obvious because people don't initially go into empty servers, so they stay empty, all server admins know how frustrating it is to get a server going.
