Yes you were assuming. As you are now. Who are you to decide there are only 3 legitimate complaints. For you that might be true. But the range of peoples computers skills suggest otherwise. Thats a realistic problem EA Games should be taking into account when they design programs and services like thier Downloader. I have no doubt I will get the problems I am having resolved. But that is the point. There shouldn't be any problems.

By the time you finish the first page there will be 2 more.

It is not unrealistic to expect a better product than what EA Games has delivered, nor is unrealistic to expect them to resolve the problems they created. Including self-induced noob problems.

It is however, unrealistic to believe all of the over 2 million people who purchased this game were all going to have the exact same computer with the same level of computer skills.

My estimate was 10 people, NOT 10% , go and see how many people are playing the game compared to the number of people complaining about legitimate problems.


Dont forget you havent even bought the game, so dont have any idea what your typing is right or wrong, or just how simple the downloader was to use.

And regardless of whether EA Games, is the designer, manufacturere or publisher. They are in fact the company thats is cashing the checks.

I salute your efforts, but the BBB wont do anything, and EA is such
a big name, noone checks the BBB for their 'rating'

I do agree that the EF pack is a waste of money, played it at a clanmates
house, same ole junk, same olfe bugs, same ole noobs in game tking each
other for vehicles.

9.99$ is a small amount of money, so it cant be a huge loss, I gyess,
but I can download 20000 maps for Unreal Tournament all day long for
free and the game never gets old. ONE Purchase, thats it.

EA is just scamming everyone for what? a few maps here and there,
what a joke. 8 out of 10 maps they make are total junk, anyhow, so
I figure only 1 out of the 3 would have been worth playing.

EA are such retards. Theyll never actually finish the original game with
all its bugs. Red tag bug, still there. And maps that are sooooooooooo
lopsided, that one team has a 40-50 ticket advantage at the begiinning
of the game because of the spawn raping that goes on at the start.

BF2 has lost its luster with me. Frankly, it never lived up to the hype
because DICE cant program worth a damn. I wouldnt trust them to
set the time on my vcr.

seriously hilarious how many of you people don't do any reading/research on a game before you run out and buy it, then like a complete ass you complain about how it's all someone else's fault. like people with the xcore error being caused by ie7... pfft. unless you do a clean install of windows XP & try the EA downloader, don't complain about it... EA doesn't do beta testing against pc's used 24/7 by horny pre-teens that like downloading beastiality videos. you're part of the reason support is so slow.. all the people like YOu they have to deal w/.

Now about all the complaint posts, yeah there should be one sticky, or area for peeps to gripe. But just as there are people tired of reading posts of people complaining, I am doubly tired of reading dumb assed posts like ;

Thats really not the issue. I dont believe its too much to ask for a tested expansion.
I played it all last night, I had fun, but there were times where the bugs really take the fun out of it.

Did your pop-up advertising for Euro Forces have something mine didn't.

I don't recall any warnings in there about;

Use of this downloader can seriously screw up your existing game which is barely functional already.

We have no idea whether or not you will actually be able to download a game you paid for.

If in the process of trying to figure out what it was that we fuxked up. You only have 3 chances to get it right. After that you will have to wait for a week to get the game you paid for today.

Even if the information you entered is correct. We may still not give it to you

You won't actually own this game as we will control where you can play it.

You may experience computer crashes.


Yeah I am pretty sure I don't remember reading any of that. I do however remember lots of hype about how great this down loader would be and how easy it was going to be to use.
