If you've got no problems then why are you posting in this thread. There ARE people with problems. They have a RIGHT to complain.

Then STFU and go play your game.

This isn't about tanks and AA you moron.

Its about the downloader, EF and EA GAMES horse**** attitude towards its customers in general.

            Unlike your personal concern,

I was thinking more along the lines of the BF2 community as a whole.

I''m sure you are really focused on yourself and therefore can't see much farther than that. And really don't give a ratsasss about anyone else but yourself.

failure to make downloader work often comes from one's own stupidity.

Dont forget to write " i bought it the second it came out without bothering to check whats the game involved first, there were hundreds of people explaining in detail the game but i couldnt be bothered to wait, so i came here to cry"

Or are you one of them kids that couldnt type there own name correctly so have been blocked out for a week.

Or one of the people that can't understand that BETA software (IE7) isnt supported.

You will find that just because a game dosent fit your requirments or you dont like it, its got nothing to do with the BBB.

You cry babies never fail to amuse me

Well its nice to see someone gets so much enjoyment out of other peoples misery.

I guess you are assuming anyone who has a problem is an automatic moron.
                      Unlike your godlike self.

Maybe we should stop asking EA for support and instead ask wizards like you.

You obviously know everything there is to know about everyones problems as you have already surmissed from your heavenly perch....everyone that has a problem is a idiot.

Well its either that or you are a jackoff.

HMMMMMM. I think I'll go with door number 2

This is getting out of hand. Wait a day or so and Im sure EA will have a solution for those with problems.

Let the BBB deal with legitimate complaints, not this childish crying. These are high-tech products and occaisionally things go a little awry. The BBB is likely going to tell you to wait a couple weeks and give EA a chance to resolve the issue. I've contacted them beofore on another unrelated matter and can tell you thats your likely response.

No im not assuming, i KNOW thats the problem In this forum there is only about 3 legitimate complaints, for problems without a solution. That problem is the "catatrophic error" that less then 10 people have posted about where the install crashed half way through and they cannot re-install it. for that you should blame windows as much as EA/DICE.

As for the nubbins that can't type there username correctly or read simple instructions or try and use a beta version of internet explorer, i stand by my first post, they are morons.

But you win the nubbin award of the day for linking to the BBB, cry me a river

Come up with a legitimate problem and type it in this forum in a polite post and you will have people (including me) bending over backwards trying to help you get it sorted, and many people have and 99& have found the answer.

Or we could grow up and expect a little more.

Heres a little life lesson for you Banthur. "You get out of life what you are willing to accept".

Here I'll help you write your letter.

I'll try to use little words so you can keep up.

EA Games released a PC on-line game called BF2. It has since its release had problems associated with Graphics, Sound and user compatablility. EA Games was slow to respond to these problems and subsequent efforts to resolve the original problems has served only to introduce more problems.

The many complaints regarding computer crashes, glitches, and bugs can be found in many different BF2 related forums.

In many cases the game is not playable on machines that are comparable to EA Games recommended System Requirements.

Just recently EA Games released an "add-on" for the BF2 game using a new "downloader" service. This new service was obviously poorly concieved, and miserably executed. Although some customers are able to utilize it. Many are not. And at present no fixes are available.

Technical Support from EA Games is almost non-existent. Although the service is available to submit support tickets. The responses and assistance are sorely lacking.

In my opinion EA Games has and continues to take advantage of its customers and has not delivered the product it advertised nor have they resolved these problems in an expeditious manner.

I believe it is realistic to believe if I purchase a product and use it as per the manufacturers specifications and instructions that product should perform as per the manufacturers claims.

That is not the case with this particular game. And it reflects poorly on EA Games as a nationally recognized game manufacturer
                              .

There ya go Banthur. Let me know if you have trouble with some of the big words.
