There's nothing in the quote you posted which could constitute "idiotic hypocrisy". It's a fact that a minority of gamers visit gaming forums and also a fact that it's generally a vocal minority who have a complaint or problem who are heard.

Yes, there's plenty of it. For starters, you tell people they shouldn't "whine" (your word choice, not mine) about a product which only costs 10 dollars, meanwhile, you throw a fit because of something totally free (the forums that give the oppinions of "whiners" a home). Then you call those who proposed fixing the GL/jets/everything else in the patch selfish, whiney kids while you have a perfect reason to be whining out of selfishness.

I've spent 255 hours in jets, leaving me with 620 hours on the ground, most of which is spent on foot. You have 127 hours in armour. Do I care? No.

Once again, there's nothing in my posts to suggest I've been hypocritical. I've stated my beliefs and stand by those beliefs. I understood when I bought BF2, there would be various vehicles, armour, aircraft and attack helicopters to use or deal with, and that most game play would often be vehicle centric.
It's often the most vocal complaints come from people who want the game to be something else, rather than the product they bought. That's a valid observation from me. Those who have problems with installers, bugs etc, have valid issues. Those who don't like a particular map, then that's fine to, I don't like every map, but I don't whine every time I'm clobbered by a tank, jet aircraft or helicopter, or expect the game to be infantry biased.

Yes, you buggered up totally. My stats are reasonable. I've a significant amount of time and above average skill in one particular vehicle, but I play all classes and spend a great deal of my time as infantry. That's my choice, as it is yours, and I've no issues with your choice of class/vehicle, or anyone else's.

You'll have to expand that sentence, because I cannot see how it relates to you misunderstanding my game time statistics, or me pointing out yours. Better still, give it up, because arguing with me is pointless.

Hi there.
Well i downloaded euro forces. And the only thing i liked was the new army Including the weapons, planes/vehicles. The rest is to much same old.
It lookes like the maps were already made while making BF2.

It is fun to have, but i dont play them.
I would like to switch teams that would be more attracting

what did they expect? tank variety? then they would bitch that one tank is overpowered and one sucks.

Its sucks I have 8000$ saved in cash but my mother/father wont lewt me use credit card or do it for me im almost 18 years old its pure ********. But I know its a good game and I want to buy to not only for myself, but to support DICE and EA! Go team!

I do like what I have seen but there is always a but that new chopper is very touchy on landing.

You come in fast and it will not forgive at all.

I did make a suggestion in the Dice question forum since I see alot of ppl going off on there own just leaving tanks and taking all the jeeps. It might be a good idea to add the ATV from SF to vanilla BF 2 on all the maps.
It would be fun riding that ATV all over the place and it would stir things up on the old maps as well.

But all in all I think Euro is a positive

i like EF. there were somethings that i didnt really like. example- no many good infanrty fights, except in the wall on great wall. and the eurofighter sucks. but there were things that i DID like. like the new weapons, the AWSOME tank duels, and just the new maps in general. so it all balances out into a good game. my advice to anyone who hasnt got it is: buy it!

Wrong. There are several 64 player servers. You can even add the EF maps into a vanilla BF2 64 player server.
Played Taraba Quarry and Smokescreen 64 today and they were a blast.

i have a clan server but im the only one with EF which sux i know :P,
every time i set the map to 64 player on the EF maps they remove them selfs from the list!
also every single EF server ive been in or seen dosnt NOT allow 64 player's
so where youve seen this or played is beyond me.
are you sure there on a ranked server.
even my ranked server says it does NOT suport 64 player games as there arent any for EF

well infantry combat on the great wall is fun, and tank combat is smokescreen is awesome.

i like infantry combat as much as the next guy, but karkand and ghost town have turned into claymore whore fests, with APC campers and pkm guys rounding off the exploiting.

frankly, most 24/7 urban infantry servers have just turned into medic and camping stat padding fests, where everyone is using whatever exploit they can find for a few more points.

the one exception is mashtuur, where its really fun and the vehicles are used tactically, not just for camping and stat padding.

Cybercrow, sort your game browser by player numbers and scroll down the list, you see there are several ranked 64 player EF servers. Add the servers with decent pings to your favourites. Most of my play time this weekend was on the official ranked Jolt.co.uk 24/7 Smoke Screen server. Some time was also spent on the clan MDK and BlueDragon ranked 64 player servers, plus an official "Elliot Ness" server in France.

I love bf2EF. I am having way more fun. The new maps are great. I don't care what anyone got to say bf2 is 1 of the best games out there.

The only problem I have is that you should be able to use it on 2 different accounts. Not just one. I paid for it, my son should be able to play it on his account too. He's using the same program on the same PC. That's just common sense. Also, I shouldn't have to comb the forums to find out what I'm doing wrong when it doesn't work. The instructions should be a little more user friendly, we are not all computer gurus. But the game itself and the maps are fine. The program runs with no problems for me. It's worth 10 bucks but it should be more user friendly to get running.
