EF is good, people just want to put it down

I have seen numerous posts about people saying EF is bad and Iam sick of it already. All it is is some new maps and weapons which is good. the ONLY bad pont is you have to pay (and its not much) and i had no prob with ea downloader. Please stop trying to put everything bf2 related down, its just a game. the main point is buy EF if u can afford it the more people that get it the better it will be, opperation smoke screen is the best map on bf2, the challenger tank is v.good. BUY BUY BUY

Yeah, most of the people don't have it either. Their mommy's wouldn't lend them their credit card.

I like it and had zero problems with the downloader, this is because i can actually read the various questions it asked and can spell my name correctly

My favourite map is great wall with 64 players its infantry-tastic :laugh:

What you have to remeber is whiners will always shout louder then grateful people and the whiners are posting here and most people that like it are playing it :)

yeah i must admit i like it alot - those massive tank battles were sorely missed from bf1942
it really needs 64 players on all the maps but on a full server the carnage is just awesome
and seeing as the jets are no longer invincible the tankers get more of a game

Don't get "sick of it". Only a tiny minority of gamers visit gaming forums, and it's usually those who have a complaint who feel driven to post the most, which is why certain changes took place in the 1.2 patch - to pacify the vocal minority of whining kids. The happy bunnies just go play.
As I don't want the BF series of game to change to suit me (ME ME ME ME ME!!!) and expect the games to have lots of vehicles, aircraft and infantry trying to avoid or kill these vehicles, I'm happy with EF. £5.99 is a pittance. The price of a pizza. It's hardly worth complaining about.

EuroForce is quite good so far, the accents are rubbish, but further than that's it's ok. Nice weapon sounds and some good maps should often some additional fun. I had no problems paying, downloading and installing either.

I dont want to put EF down. But the reality for me is its a massive dissapointment. I was looking forward to this pack a lot. An army I can relate to in a way. A new helicopter, some lovely new guns the maps look lovely too. I get in game the chopper is drastic, the maps are huge. There are tanks everywhere and the MEC airpower is running riot. The only place you can use those lovely new guns is certain parts of Great Wall, thats very limited. The voiceover is painful as well.

I dont like tank battles, I love infantry and helicopter play. Thats why i was looking forward to this so much added to the fact the next one is feeding armour whores to a massive extent and of course as usual plane whores. Nothing for me, I think nobody expected such a huge emphasis on armour in this expansion but thats how its turned out. Theres no more support for Special Forces so what do infantry types have to look forward to.

Ill say it again I had huge expectations for this I had no intent of putting it down, but now I am voicing my honest opinion. Stop generalising people please.

Have enjoyed playin EF all day / nice change my vets clan most pretty sore about download issues even to the point of 1 vet giving up his stats for a new account due to not remembering his original sign on info 34000 points down the tube EA have to take it on the chin and learn a lesson

Me being mostly a jet "whore" throughout most of my BF2 career :laugh: , I have started to fly in helicopters and play armor again in Euroforces because it is fun on these maps. There is alot of choices to pick from all the time at almost any base you spawn at.

I will like it once I play it, I am part of the ever-growing group of people who didn't study sanskrit, therefore were unable to decipher the d/l instructions and didn't set my username correctly.
