I got Euro Forces and i have to say there's just not enough tanks. On Op Smokescreen i must of counted a dozen tanks, two heli and two jets on one side. Come on EA we need 100 tanks on each side and 20 jets.

Not tried the new weapons because i spend all my time in vehicles like everyone else that has Euro forces. I love the way all three maps are so small, makes me feel claustrophobic!

I love the way the planes are attracted to my tank and they like to give me gifts in the form of bombs. I tell you what i had fun dying 14 times in a row by the same enemy bomber. I think it's brilliant the way 2 of the maps cater utterly for the plane noobs of bf2.

I recommend buying Euro Force if your vehicle whore you'll love it!!

I appreciate the community wanted close knit urban maps like the popular Karkand and Sharqi. Some good infantry fighting there. But thanks for ignoring the community; EA. Good job with Euro forces!

Love the fact i can't use Euro Forces weapons in Vanila bf2, isn;t that brilliant!

Another thing I like is that the AA vehicles are a little more frequent. A good AA driver working in concert with freindlies who spot aircraft goes a long way to keeping the jets at bay.

I must admint though, I feel that if a tank tags a helo with the main gun it should blow it. 120mm is more than enough to destroy any helicopter.

I had a few issues getting it dowloaded, but it did work. I like the maps, the certainly have a different feel to them, and would great in a rotation with the regular vanilla maps.

Im totally loving the new shotgun and shorty AR for the spec ops. THat beutiful benelli killstick makes it all worthwhile.

One thing about the euro tanks, I think the shape of the hull/turret makes the old one-shot-two-hits trick that the vanilla tanks were vulnerable to impossible.

I have seen numerous posts about people saying EF is bad and Iam sick of it already. All it is is some new maps and weapons which is good. the ONLY bad pont is you have to pay (and its not much) and i had no prob with ea downloader. Please stop trying to put everything bf2 related down, its just a game. the main point is buy EF if u can afford it the more people that get it the better it will be, opperation smoke screen is the best map on bf2, the challenger tank is v.good. BUY BUY BUY

Euro Forces and the EA Downloader are truly horrible. Upon installing, my dog died and my car spontaneously exploded in the driveway. And I think I got bumped up into the next tax bracket. So yeah I'm really ****ed and stuff.

(In case you missed it, this has been a joke and I actually enjoy EF a lot.)

The new weapons in EF are great, and it's nice to be able to play as a team I can relate to. The new support weapons just sounds so damn sexy!

The only thing that lets it down is the maps. Just WAY too big.

Overall however, well worth the £5.99 I paid for it.

yeah, well, I only visit this EA ass kissing forum once a week or so,
so I try to get em all in at once..

I been playing online since before the internet was even around..
My first modem was 110 baud.. If it was a popular game, I bought it.
Ive played nearly them all.. and NEVER have I seen one so horribly
put together, horribly supported. Neither have I seen a publisher
go out of its way to scam customers out of money like this.

Had anyone heard of a 'Ranked' Server before this game ? gimme a break.
Scam city. Another way EA can throw its muscle around and what ends
up happening? The admins, and players pay more and more and more.

A lot of the same bugs that have been there from the beginning in BF2
are still there.. and they wont address them... The server browser is
10 years behind its age, a worthless attempt of one for sure.. Unreal
Tournament 1999 had a better browser and its 6 years old.. The voting
system in BF2 is worthless, which could take care of a lot of player created
problems like tking for vehicles, useless commanders, or just plain ole idiots
who cause problems all game long.

BF2 had great potential.. The game from the outside , and initial impression
is great, but once inside, played for a few days becomes a unbearable to
deal with.

I wish EA put as much effort into fixing bugs, and actually finishing its game
as they do in making new packs that they want more money for..

I play BF2 1 hour a week now.. Im back playing games that have been
out for 2-3 years.. mainly because they work right the first time, and the
player bases isnt filled with so many noobs and trouble makers and ego
admins.
