Core.exe is the EA Downloader main program on your computer; it's what the shortcut points too. I would try uninstalling EA Downloader, re-downloading and re-installing it.

Nah the problem was internet explorer 7
uninstalled it and the downloader worked
although ie6 is god awful compared to 7

I got that with IE7 Beta, rolled back to IE6 and it was fine.

i used firefox but having ie7 installed on my computer meant the download wouldnt work

seems ea had a bias toward IE6 programming when they made the downloader

ok, i downloaded it and installed it but when i try to connect to a server it says that i need to buy the euroforce pack. anybody had this problem or know why it could be saying this?
