I use the stealth mode too, but I use specops. Just as mobile, but I can take out those pesky tanks too. I also have had a positive K/D ratio everytime I've used a round for knifes, but that's also due to the fact that I do participate in the fighting as well as knifing.

I got my basic.

Im not in a clan and I didnt have friends help me.

I just went to a server with 64 people and Karkand. and just hopped in a transport and sped into the enemy base and hopped out and just started pokin people. I got the badge in like 2 minutes.

Once you get used to using it, it is actually a really useful weapon... One hit one kill no matter where...

Playing as a sniper if I bump into someone I find it is often more productive to switch to the knife and charge in rather than switch to the pistol. It often surprizes the hell out of your opponent and while you might take a hit or two but you only need to get close and hit them once and boom, you win...

Note that it does not work that well against engineers and their shotguns...

Got my expert the hard way playing MEC on Sharqi, really good map to go for it on in my oppinion. Lots of small buildings which you can run around the back of if you see someone and come up behind them. Medic is a good kit to play generally, pretty good sprint distance and you can heal yourself if you take damage.

I got my expert kinfe badge at a underpopulated Karkand 64-player server... The roud lasted for about an hour... My K/D were 21-35 after the round.. But is was worth it..

Same thing I did. Favorite server resets at 5pm everyday. Takes a while for it to repopulate so it was only half full on karkand for about 40 minutes. Ended up with 19 easy on the MEC side.

I got my basic on Dragon Valley and my veteran on Sharqi. I highly recommend Sharqi.

well it was in a knife & pistol only server, way back just when the game came out, so technically i didn't intent to stat pad, i just kinda saw the opportunity and took it.

I got my vet on Sharqi, hanging out near the shipping containers near the construction yard as a sniper. Most of the enemy guys ignored me and thought I was on their team. The sniper suits look similar between the teams.

I still haven't gotten the knife badge, which i need...1st sergeant is coming up soon.....

but on average if i actually use my knife i get 2-5 kills with it in a round.
