Does anyone else feel that the G36E combined with the medics heal abilities offer one class just a little too much power? I habitually play as a sniper and I honestly can't count the number of times a G36E has killed me at medium to long range. Combined with it's power at short range, it's all around the best assault weapon in the game. In all honesty, the G36E kills me faster at short range then the AK, F2000 or the G3. One 3rd burst is the same as a one shot kill, it happens time and time again.
On multiple occasions I've hit a medic running and he ducked behind cover while I had to wait out the completely unrealistic reload on the bolt rifles. He heals up and then sneaks around and starts shooting at me. Usually I end up hitting him but not a head hit. While I'm reloading again he will almost always kill me as I don't have the ability to self heal.
I'm by no means a poor shot and I routinely hit people running and get head hits. I just find that shoulders get hit more often then head hits when firing from an above angle at 100m or so. Could be related to the times you see someone with a puff of dust coming off their head but the shot doesn't register. Anyway, the point is that the medic rifle is accurate enough to act in a counter sniper role, while he has the ability to revive, heal and toss nades.
I think that as a medic he should have all his healing abilities but be running around with something like an MP5. The medic class has huge offense and huge defense abilities which no other class offers. I think they should be brought a bit more in line with the rest of the classes.
