    He called me a noob

Why is it that whenever I kill someone 3 or four times in a row (because they try the same tactic over and over) do they call me a noob...I don't understand the logic. Maybe someone who likes to use this "noob" word could explain it to me.

Love to here from anyone on this subject.....because I'm a lonely man with no friends

Noob, improper spelling of newbie, short(?) for new guy.
It's expanded to mean basicly anyone who doesn't have a clue what they are doing.

Lately, the meaning has been lost and it's basicly just swapped for "idiot".

Newb= new to the game, a rookie
n00b= an idiot in game, or an idiot new to the game, basically the offensive version of newb.

putting c4 on wall and wait, then you are the noob
C4 is designed to be used like this in BF2. Check the intro video of the buggy being blown up.

You are owning them by waiting for them and killing them and you're not giving chance to kill you, the noob are the ones that call you noob. When someone call you a noob or a hax is because you kill them and they are mad at you. it happens, and if it is an admin that tell you that they always kick or ban.

Now I get it...I have to whine and cry about getting my butt handed to me because i don't have any skills before I can call someone a "noob."

This game just keeps getting better and better

If he let you frag him again and again by trying some same tactic and called you noob. He's the noob among noobs.

If you frag someone happily but are afraid of being called a noob, then you're probably a loser.

                  Happy Fragging dude

Well the best one was when someone TK-d me for a plane and when taking of he typed "n00b" to me...and crashed in a tree on the end of the runway .
