While all passwords are encrypted and salted, it's recommended that you change your password here when you can.

Good question. You'll find that the difficulty online is a radical leap from single player. Get used to artillery sqaushing your little life. I dont know of a certain # of kills to aim for, but just perservere online, you'll get better with time.

Its not really the number of kills but the kill to death ratio you want to practice offline. Not that its really hard against bots as you should be going 20-1 20-2 atleast.
Best bet is to join a squad online with people using VOIP and teamwork. Stick together, and learn from them. You are a lot harder to kill in a squad of 6 rather than a lone wolf.
Practice makes perfect!
Or just pick up the new support guns like a pkm and get instant godlike killing abilities that the 1.2 new player friendly patch gave you.

join a squad, follow ppl around and hide! i remember when i first played the game, i always get killed every 20 seconds. i didn't know what i was doing, what i had to do, where i'm going, etc.
