It only happens on one server. Other US servers my ping isnt as high. And my router which is a D-Link DI604 is wired. I wont use wireless for gaming.

CAUSES OF LAG:
1. Network Latency (between client & server)
2. Client Hardware Configuration (Not Enough RAM)
3. Client Software MisConfiguration (game audio/video settings set too high for system in question)
4. Server Hardware/Software not properly configured (Everything ranging from RAM inadequacies TO admin scripts hogging resources

The server is based in Norfolk Virgina. Im in FL. Any other server i join my ping is fine. So it must be thier setup.
