You could try running the linequality test I linked above, its not likely a problem with such a connection buty you never know, you might be getting some packet loss. Is it a consistent lag? Does your ping spike?

My connecting seems to be stable. Always within 200kbps of 15mbs. Running the line quality now... Nope, need to login to run it, and I don't feel like making an account, =\

      SgtSoso, 1024kbps = 1mbps. Simple conversion, =)

wait, ping/latency has nothing to do with system specs
PING/Latency-Latency is a factor which affects how fast messages can be transmitted over the switch or any other kind of network. ~
meaning something is taking your bandwith, specially for those with small upload capacity. the only thing that your specs affect is your FPS, not your latency/ping. what you probably is experiencing is lag by punkbuster trying to update.

Ati X800 XTPE AGP running cat 6.0
Audigy 2 ZS platinum sound card

Nothing changed with my specs and game has always ran fine for me previously I use medium graphic settings 1280x1024@75hz and all ligthing etc is turnned to low or off.

With 1.2 I notice alot more lag when playing on most servers, e.g. you kill a guy it takes a second to register on your screen and hit detection of bullets is not what it used to be unless I have just restarted the server then it seems to be fine like it used to be.

Nothing you say or do will improve my performance my system is tweaked and overclocked for best FPS that I can get in game with what I have got usually 100FPS or higher.

The lag comming from this patch is definitly server related the reason some people have noticed and others havent is probably due to the fact they play on servers that are rebooted daily.

Also our server crashes more often with this latest patch.

Dont blame our server specs we hire from multiplay.co.uk a 64 man server
same specs as EA UK OFFICIAL servers

Agreed. You can have a T1 line to your house with blazing fast, stable speeds up and down, and still lag like hell if you're experiencing packet loss.

For purposes of troubleshooting, have someone complaining of lag join a server you don't lag on, and see if they lag. Then both run a traceroute to that IP, and compare.

I lag sometimes for a few seconds than its disappears. I realy have to search after fast servers, cus most of them too slow for me. (I mean my internetconnection seems to be poor)

I got 30-40-50 fps playing online with 32ppl
