Actually it should be easier now with the new patch since the AA's on the carrier can clear the sky from the j10's a lot easier. I have 265 hours on Wake Island, and I know from experience that every time the chinese jets were establising air superiority and raping the carrier early in the game, USMC was loosing the round. But if the f35's and the carrier's defense can guard the sky so the rest of the team can get on the island and cap few flags, USMC has a big chance to win. If they cap the airfield early in the game and manage to keep it, it's guaranteed win.
